Patient Registration

We are always excited to meet new patients and look forward to welcoming you and your child to our dental family! We are committed to providing a positive experience for your child’s first visit to the dentist. Our office was designed to be visually stimulating and comfortable. There are interesting educational toys in every room and lots of wide open spaces. We relate to our young patients as unique individuals. The positive experiences they have here with us will affect their health and attitudes for the rest of their lives.

When preparing your child, please reinforce the idea that going to the dentist is a fun and comfortable experience. Please try to avoid using words like “pain,” “needle,” “shot” and “hurt” when talking to your child about the dentist. At your first appointment, you’ll meet many different members of our team. Each of us has a special responsibility designed to help you and your child feel comfortable during your visit.

During this first visit, the doctor will review your child’s medical and dental history, gently examine your child’s teeth, oral tissues, and jaws and perform a thorough orthodontic evaluation. If your child is comfortable, the teeth will be cleaned and polished, followed by the application of a fluoride treatment which comes in lots of great flavors. We will talk to your child with easily understandable words, pictures and ideas so that your child will be motivated to take responsibility for a healthy smile.

You can feel confident that at our office your child’s preventive care appointments will be handled in an effective, reassuring manner meant to enhance your child’s self-esteem. Our entire staff is dedicated to creating a warm, caring and cheerful environment. Our goal is for both you and your child to leave our office calm, happy and smiling from ear to ear!

When you come in for your initial visit, please be sure to bring your dental insurance card and arrive early to fill out your initial paperwork if you have not already done so. If you are moving into the area, please ask your former dentist to send a copy of your records.

New patients are welcome to complete their registration prior to their visit using our secure online Registration Form. Once the form has been completed, please be sure to press the Submit button to automatically send us your information. Please be assured that every precaution has been taken to ensure that our patients’ private health information remains secure.
